After spending months last year cooped up in their home studio on the NSW Central Coast, completing the album only days before hitting the road on their fourth adventure-filled European Tour, Nick and Liesl are very excited to be 'bringing it home' with their long-awaited debut album release 'Feather' and National Tour. They've been performing across the country with the new album since April with extensive media & radio coverage, ever growing crowds and rave reviews.

Nick and Liesl are as natural a combination as sun and sand, creating an intoxicating sound that is simply unforgettable. Watching them perform is both delightful and inspiring, and it is easy to connect with their light sounds of guitar and piano blended with thoughtful and poetic lyrics. Stylistically they cover quite a range; from stripped-back and intimate folk to alternative, pop and soul, but the voices and the harmonies remain throughout, making their sound instantly recognisable.

Nick and Liesl have been touring extensively since they formed in 2007, both across Australia and through several European countries (Germany, Switzerland, UK, France, Belgium, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden). Their touring has included over 30 festivals including the National Folk Festival, Peats Ridge and Festival of the Sun, live radio performances on capital ABC radio stations (Brisbane, Perth) and BBC in the UK, an invitation to Popkomm 2009 (Berlin) and supports for artists such as Kate Miller-Heidke, Harry Manx and Shane Nicholson.
